Are there any added travel or service fees?

No, we do not charge added fees like many companies. The amount you agree to while booking is the price that you will be invoiced for after service. 

Do you move furniture?

We move small items of furniture such as couches, loveseats, and small furniture and then return them to their original location after cleaning. However, we do not move larger items such as sectionals, entertainment centers, kitchen tables, dressers, or beds. If you would like for our technicians to clean under those items, simply have them moved before we arrive and we will gladly clean under them.

How long will the appointment take?

Depending on the services ordered, appointments take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.

What is the dry time?

Depending on carpet type and environmental conditions, dry time should be around 1 to 2 hours.

Can I substitute an area rug for a "room" with the 7 room packages?

Certainly. Assuming it is a standard sized rug and is not too light-weight for our equipment, we would gladly allow that substitution. Excludes wool rugs.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and credit card due at time of service. Not going to be home? We can send you a secured link by text to pay with your card.

Do we need to be at home the entire time during the cleaning?

We need a way to gain entry into the home and lock up as we leave. However, we regularly clean homes that have been vacated or have occupants that had to leave after letting us in. We often are let in by a neighbor, with a garage code, or over a lunchbreak. 

What do you recommend if I have pet stains and odors?

It depends on the severity of your issues. Most homes do best with either our Basic Plus Package or Premium Package if the home has "pet issues". Both of those packages include specialized attention to spots and full house deodorization. 

Can you remove "impossible stains" like wine, Kool-Aid, slime, and wax?

We call stains like that "non-standard stains". They are often left by other cleaners and considered permanent. We have processes that can get them out! In nearly every case, we have specialized techniques and chemistry that can handle even the toughest of stains. Many of these processes are not standard carpet cleaning processes but require specialized equipment that is brought into the home. If you have any of these stains we recommend either our Basic Plus or Premium Packages as they include up to FIVE non-standard stains included in the price.

What is Vital Oxide? 

Vital Oxide is an EPA approved, hospital-grade, antiviral, antibacterial solution that is extraordinarily effective at odor removal by attacking odor and destroying its' source. It is included in our Premium Package. For tough odor-removal we utilize Vital Oxide through the air and on contact surfaces. As an added benefit, this strong and completely safe product is capable of killing viruses and bacteria on those same surfaces. Best for home with recent illness or tough odors.

Do you clean Base Housing?

While we support the military and their families, we do not operate on Base Housing at this time.
